2025 Lunar New Year Extravaganza
Jan 25 & 26, 2025. Join us for a vibrant celebration filled with a Vendor Market, stunning Art Displays, energetic Lion Dancers, and a variety of captivating cultural performances. It’s an event brimming with creativity, tradition, and community spirit—perfect for all ages to enjoy!
Admission is just $3, or free with a food donation for the Edmonton Food Bank. Children under 10 and seniors over 65 can enter for free.

December 31st. Edmonton will ring in 2025 with a vibrant and joyous free celebration! At Churchill Square and City Hall in the city center, residents will enjoy a series of exciting activities: family-friendly entertainment, live music, cultural performances, fire dancing, art installations, ice skating, food trucks, and bonfires, each creating a festive atmosphere. Mayor Amarjeet Sohi will lead the countdown to the New Year, and a spectacular fireworks display will light up the sky to mark the beginning of 2025. This is an unmissable evening—join in the fun and celebrate the fresh start together! The event will run from 6 PM to midnight, with fireworks at 8 PM and at midnight, all for free. Come enjoy this unforgettable holiday celebration with family and friends!
